Hey everyone! My daughter has that tiny 'preauricular pit' hole right where her ear meets her face. It’s never been an issue before, but today it’s red, painful, and has some drainage. I’ve tried a warm compress and a Q-tip with peroxide (though I'm hearing now that peroxide might be too harsh!). Has anyone else dealt with an infection here?
